The Kiddieland Disney Jake and the Never Land Pirates Boat Ride On is a rugged and durable toy that will provide your child hours and hours of interactive fun. This toy is suited for children between the ages of 1 and 3 (toddler) and can hold a child’s weight up to 50 pounds.
The boat ride has wheels and a fully functional steering wheel so your little one can safely “drive” their little boat all around your living room floor as they sail the seven seas! The ride also has a mini storage area for more of your child’s favorite toys and knick-knacks under the seat. There is also a safety feature at the back of the mobile boat along the bottom which looks like a little “lip” that looks like it is designed to stop your child from flipping the boat backwards whereby causing them to fall on their back.
The dashboard of the Kiddieland Disney Jake and the Never Land Pirates Boat Ride On is fully interactive with many colorful buttons and sound effects. There is also music that the little Never Land Pirate Boat plays when your child is moving around on the toy and even when they are stationary the music would stull continue to play as well.
Kids are rewarded with sounds when they press down on the buttons to see little mini figures popping out of the dashboard.
One of my favorite features if the little pirate cannon which lights up when the “fire” button is pressed on the dashboard with realistic “boom” sound effects that you would normally hear from a real cannon being fired from a pirate ship.
There is also a telescope that comes with the toy that can be detached to become your child’s first kaleidoscope which when held up to a light displays a multicolored display of mini shapes.
On the dashboard there is also a little stick throttle that they can move up and down to hear realistic engine revving sounds and there is also another button that they can press in order to hear a boat horn sound effect.
There is also a multi-colored piano that has real tones that your little child can play to make music of their own.
And for you parents who have to clean up your living room when it is completely overrun with toys, the good news is that the back of the seat of the Kiddieland Disney Jake and the Never Land Pirates Boat Ride On comes with a little handle that you can use to pickup the boat when you are putting it away for another day of play.
