If you are on a strict budget, but you desperately want an affordable portable video game system then this powerful 4.3 inch handheld video game system may be the perfect platform for you. My first impressions when I took it out of the box is the fact that it looks very much like my Playstation Portable game system. In fact it looks very much like a PSP. Just checkout the image below to see what I am saying.
Just in case you cannot tell which is which, the MP5 game system (that is what they call this portable console) is the one on the left and the Sony PSP is the one on the right. See what I mean?
So, what comes with this handheld video game system you may ask? Well, for starters is comes with a large 4.3 inch screen and has the same button layout and shoulder buttons like the Sony PSP. It also has a large library of Nintendo Game Boy Advance games already installed on the system. Simply turn on the device and you would be greeted with a menu of games. Strangely enough, the game icons look similar to those on the Sony PS Vita.
There is also a memory expansion port for a microSD card which means that you can load this thing with more games (in the form of ROMs) as well as other media like videos, music and applications.
In case you were wondering the screen is not touch sensitive, but considering the very low price for these handheld game systems you are getting great value for your money.
The MP5 comes with a set of wired earbuds which also serve the purpose of being an external FM radio antenna for the FM radio application that also comes with the handheld video game console.
