The Desklab 4K portable monitor is the ultimate accessory for anyone who needs that additional screen real estate especially if they are using a small laptop. There are may use cases that would justify this purchase if you are thinking what you could end up using this monitor for.
As previously mentioned, this is an excellent device to use as a second screen if you are using a laptop for productivity purposes. Thanks to the large selection of ports that are available on this device the amount of devices and use cases make this a device that would not initially consider as important to have, but after a couple of days of using it, find yourself wanting to use it even more. Speaking of ports there are two USB type C ports, a mini HDMI port and a micro USB port that is designed for connectivity to an external keyboard and mouse. There is also a 3.5 mm audio jack for headphone use.
The Desklab 4K portable monitor comes with touchscreen capability as well which only works if the device that is connected to it also has touchscreen functionality.
I would also recommend that you get the screen cover accessory with this monitor that also provides a kick stand for your screen.
Because of the 4K capability the Desklab 4K portable monitor is perfect for gaming. I was able to seamlessly connect my Sony Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch to this accessory and I must say that the game play looked pretty impressive on this 15.6 inch screen.
