There is a special Apple promotion for back to school students during the course of this summer. The promotion which recently just started is targeted at back to school students who are going to be in the market to buy a computer in time for back to school in the Fall.
Students who buy a brand new Mac would get a pair of free Beats Solo 2 Wireless headphones that will come bundled with their new computer. Those kids who buy a 12.9 inch iPad Pro or one of the latest iPhone 6 smartphones will get a set of free Powerbeats 2 Wireless Headphones.
Apple has stated that the eligible Macintosh computers that would qualify for the promotion are:
- MacBook
- MacBook Air
- iMac
- MacBook Pro
- Mac Pro
Those iPhones like the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will be eligible for the Powerbeats 2 headphones. Eligible iPads are the 12.9 inch iPad Pro which will get you a free Powerbeats 2 headphone as well.
The special promotion runs from runs until September 5th 2016 so the kids out there have a bit of time to think about what they want to buy before heading back to that fun place called school. So if you are one of those students who is on the fence on whether to buy a PC or a Mac for college well it seems as though Apple has just sweetened the deal.
